The pneumatic cattle processing platforms are used at the positions of pre-dehiding, dehiding, breastbone cutting, splitting and control.
Due to the size of the carcass, it has to be hung at great height and so, the pneumatic function of the platform facilititates the work at the slaughterhouse.
