The machine’s purpose is to clean cattle or pig paunches.
The paunches are inserted through the upper door. The machine’s chamber is filled with water from a ¾” 4 bar supply.
The cleaning process starts with the push of a button. The paunches rotate on the chamber’s disc and are pressed to the side wall due to centrifugal forces.
The motor’s turning speed is regulated with a potentiometer through an inverter.
When the process is over, the drain is opened to release the used water and the clean paunches are removed from the side door.
The punch cleaning machine consists of:
- Inox base made with 3mm INOX sheet, which holds the 10mm INOX disc, rotated by a 9.6kW 3 phase motor with an i=8.6 reductor.
- Cleaning chamber, made from 3mm INOX sheet, with an upper door for inserting paunches and a side door with manual locking mechanism for removing them.
- Control box, contains all the necessary electrical components for the machine’s safe use, along with start and emergency stop buttons and a 15kW inverter, to control the disc’s speed through a potentiometer
