Description
The machine is used to remove hair from the pigs’ skin, from even the most difficult parts of the carcass.
A 12kW resistance heats the oil inside a tank at the bottom of the dehairing machine, which, in turn, keeps the water inside the basin at a steady temperature of 62°C.
The carcass rotates inside the machine’s basin with the help of two axes which support 80 rubber paddles that remove hair while rotating.
Equipped with 2 pneumatic arms for automated opening & closing of lid.
Made entirely of stainless steel.
